Shipping and handling
We ship through ParcelForce in the UK and require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes due to signature requirements.
For orders outside of the UK, please contact us at email@example.com for pricing.

We accept all major credit cards.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within thirty days, for refund or exchange. Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box. Be sure to insure your package for the full value of the contents. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to ten business days for financial processing and to send an email confirmation.
Accuracy of information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing the products in our gift boxes, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colours or any other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
